Refund policy

All sales are final. KP's Corner does not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, changes of mind, fit, size, color preference, or other personal preferences.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although neither returns nor refunds are being offered, we recognize extenuating circumstances may arise, and we do want you to be happy with what you receive. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kpscornerbiz@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

We will review any issue on a case-by-case basis and do everything reasonably available to us to help. Available options will depend on the circumstances, and we cannot guarantee that a replacement, refund, or other specific resolution will be available.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise is the only potential exception to our all-sales-final policy. Any return must be approved by KP's Corner in advance and completed according to the return instructions provided by KP's Corner. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are at the sole discretion of KP's Corner.

In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

KP's Corner does not carry inventory. Therefore, at this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the product description and available sizing information before placing your order.


Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout. If you notice an error with your order, contact us immediately at kpscornerbiz@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
